Parflex Multi-Tube & Heat Traced Bundles

Parker Hannifin's "Parflex"

Parker Hannifin's Parflex single and multi-tube heat trace tubing products are available in a variety of configurations. Tube bundle variations include thermoplastic tubing, copper, stainless steel and other exotic alloys, jacket materials and colors – all available to meet customer specifications.

A key design feature of the multi-tube products is the umbilical assembly process.

Each element within the multi-tube assembly is helically cabled for superior thermal performance & ease of mechanical installation.

Advantages of the Parflex assembly process:

  • The helically cabled process reduces stress on tubing when bending for installation.

  • Less space is required in cable trays to other manufacturers who run parallel tube assemblies.

  • The tubes will not separate in bends, which helps to keep thermal performance high.

  • Perfect for projects where many long runs and multi- plane bends are required.

  • Reduces potential damage of elements during installation routing.
